Where Pepper sits on the roster

Pepper is the only Heavy Bowgun user revealed so far. Disruptor is one of the smaller classes on the published roster: 3 of 9. Pepper is the only ranged Disruptor on it.

Not published yet: numbers. No skill values, cooldowns, rarity, how Pepper is obtained or where they would land on a tier list. Anyone quoting those before launch is quoting a closed beta whose data was wiped — or guessing.
